MEASUREMENTS AND SIZING
In order to ensure the best possible fit, we highly recommend measurements are not taken by yourself. If you are unable to have someone assist you to be sized, a professional tailor/seamstress can provide this service. This is an important part of the order process; accurate measurements will enable you to select the size that will give you the best fit. If you are unable to get measured professionally, please follow these guidelines using a soft measuring tape. Make sure to keep the tape snug but not tight when measuring. Also, make sure to always measure over your undergarments for the most accurate fit.
HOW TO MEASURE
Bust: Measure around the bust and back at the fullest part of your bust.
Waist: Measure around your natural waist (the narrowest part of your waist, not where your pants sit). Please do not suck in your tummy! If you plan on losing weight we still recommend ordering the size you are falling into currently, the dresses can always be taken in.
Hip: Measure 20cm down from your natural waist, at the fullest part of your hips.
FINDING YOUR SIZE
After you have completed your measurements, refer to the SIZE GUIDE and decide which size you fit into best. Keep in mind that your usual dress size may vary from the size you choose at Love Honor. If your measurements fall in between two sizes, we strongly recommend selecting the larger size. It is always easier to take a garment in than letting it out when doing alterations. Please remember that we do not provide alteration services. Our size charts reflect body measurements, not garment measurements. The dresses are made-to-order using standard Love Honor sizes; they are not custom-made to your specific size.
Please keep in mind our dresses are made-to-order using standard Love Honor sizes. They are not custom-made to your specific size. However, if you need alterations, they must be adjusted after you receive your dress by a seamstress or tailor of your choice or we can look at having the dress altered by our seamstress at an additional cost. We are not responsible for any alterations made after you receive the garment from us.
