Full-priced goods in a saleable condition, unworn, and with original tags attached may be exchanged for a different size or style (where available), or returned for a credit note valid for 12 months.

- Please arrange your return request within 7 days of receiving your order. 

- The item must be returned within 14 days of your placing your order together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.

- We observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our return policy requirements which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.

- Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed.


To return an item, we need to provide you with a RMA Number. Please complete the RETURN REQUEST HERE.

Our Customer Care Team will reply with your RMA Number within two business days. You will need to fill out the returns form - any returns without a form will not be able to be processed. RETURN FORM HERE.

Please Note:

- Your RMA Number must be clearly marked on the front of your returned parcel. If our warehouse cannot identify this number on the outside of your parcel it may be returned to you.

- A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty or damaged during shipping and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Returned merchandise should include the all original packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. 

Please note: International Returns cannot be over $1000, if so please ship these separately as LOVE HONOR is not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it will be deducted from your final refund.

Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. LOVE HONOR is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.


For all International purchases you have 7 days to notify from the date you placed your purchase. We allow up to 14 days for international orders to be returned back to our office.
We are unable to exchange international orders. If you wish to exchange an item we will provide you with a store credit and you can then repurchase the desired item with the store credit.

If you return a SALE item you will receive a store credit for the value of your order less any shipping charges. We advise customers to choose carefully as sale items will not be refunded.
- We do not refund on sale items for change of mind or incorrect fit.
- We do not refund on promotional discounts such a Special Code discount for signing on, Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Cyber weekend & Flash Sales. 
- Items marked down at 50% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a store credit or exchange so please choose carefully. 
Once your order has been received at our head office your return request will be processed within the following timeframes. 
- Please provide a self addressed satchel when returning an item for an exchange. If you do not provide a self addressed satchel we will kindly request that you pay for your shipping online before we send your order out. 

- For Store Credits & Exchanges please allow between 5-7 business days for your returned item to be processed from the date we receive your item back.
We inspect all garments prior to dispatch to ensure you receive a perfect item. We're so sorry in the event of an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please follow the returns process below and attach a photo of the fault to the returns form. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing or repairing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back if the item is not able to be replaced. We advise customers to contact us immediately if they suspect a faulty item so we can have the item repaired/replaced within a timely manner for you. 
- LOVE HONOR will not be held accountable if customers do not check or try on their garments immediately on receipt and return the item within 7 days if there is an issue with the garment. After 7 days of the garment being in the possession of the buyer, LOVE HONOR determines that the customer has accepted the item.

- Garments that are returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected immediately they are received and an email notifying you of the outcome will be sent within 5 days.

Goods are deemed faulty if:

a) the goods are damaged when the customer receives them
b) the goods show a distinct manufacturing fault

- Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.

- Garments that have been altered or garments that have any attempt at repair made by the customer or registered alteration specialist will be refused.

Once an item has been confirmed as faulty we will process either a refund or exchange.

Once your order has been received at our warehouse you will be notified via email, and your request processed.
In the event we have made an error on your order or your item is deemed as having a manufacturing fault that cannot be repaired or replaced, all monies will be refunded back into the account used to make the original purchase. Shipping costs are non refundable. Items that have been worn will not be refunded unless a manufacturing fault is determined.
- Any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan, unacceptable odour, deodorant stains or any other markings/stains will be sent back to the customer. 

- Any customs charges (overseas customers) are the responsibility of the customer.

- LOVE HONOR reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.
- REFUNDS: Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and up to an additional 5 days for the funds to reach your account depending on your payment method.

- STORE CREDIT: Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Note: Refunds are processed as reversals of the original payment, ie. If paid via credit card, we will refund to the same credit card. If paid via PayPal, we will refund to your PayPal account.
