For all International purchases you have 14 days to notify firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item(s) from the date you receive your purchase. We allow up to 21 days for international orders to be returned to our office.
For an exchange of size, colour or style, please email our customer service team email@example.com to secure your exchange request and please note your requested item on your invoice.
Once your return is received your exchange will be dispatched. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. For exchanges, please provide a self addressed pre-paid satchel.
If your exchange is urgent, we advise to repurchase so dispatch can occur within 1-2 business days. Upon receiving your item back we will process a refund.
If you wish to exchange your item that requires an additional payment to be made towards that item, we will notify you of the amount and method of payment. Please note that LOVE HONOR does not have, and cannot access, any financial data linked to our customers therefore we will provide you with the account details or invoice into which the direct/credit card payments are to be made. All Exchanges are to be provided with a return addressed satchel.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. LOVE HONOR recommends sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once your order has been received at our head office your return request will be processed within the following timeframes.
*For exchanges, please allow up to 5 business days for processing unless otherwise specified.
*For refunds please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed from the date we receive back your item. Please allow between 3-5 business days for the funds to clear back into your method of payment.
110% STORE CREDIT
When returning an item, you can opt for 110% store credit. Once your return has been received and processed, this credit (in the amount of your paid price plus 10% extra) will be included in your Credit.
Example: If you return an item worth $300, your Store Credit will be for the amount of $300 plus an additional 10% which gives you $330 to spend on your next purchase with us.
*Please note, store credits are applied to the account registered with the same email address used to place your order.
*Store credit is valid for 12 months, unless otherwise stated.
Once store credit has been issued, that value can not be changed to a cash refund.
To return merchandise for a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for our record & return to the below address. Monies will be refunded back into the account used to make the original purchase. Shipping costs are non refundable. Items that have been worn will not be refunded unless a manufacturing fault is determined.
*Any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan, unacceptable odour, deodorant stains or any other markings/stains will not be refunded or exchanged.
*Any customs charges (overseas customers) are the responsibility of the customer.
*LOVE HONOR reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.
We inspect all garments prior to dispatch. We advise customers to contact us immediately if they suspect a faulty item and where possible send an image of the 'fault'.
* LOVE HONOR will not be held accountable if customers do not check or try on their garments immediately on receipt and return the item within 7 days if there is an issue with the garment. After 7 days of the garment being in the possession of the buyer, LOVE HONOR determines that the customer has accepted the item.
* Garments that are returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected immediately they are received and an email notifying you of the outcome will be sent within 5 days.
Goods are deemed faulty if:
a) the goods are damaged when the customer receives them
b) the goods show a distinct manufacturing fault
*Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
*Garments that have been altered or garments that have any attempt at repair made by the customer or registered alteration specialist will be refused.
Once an item has been confirmed as faulty we will process either a refund or exchange.

Once your order has been received at our warehouse you will be notified via email, and your request processed.
* REFUNDS: Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and up to an additional 5 days for the funds to reach your account depending on your payment method.
* CREDIT NOTE: Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Note: Refunds are processed as reversals of the original payment, ie. If paid via credit card, we will refund to the same credit card. If paid via PayPal, we will refund to your PayPal account.
